Living Well Academy
- Living Well Academy is a place that teaches and inspires students on sustaining wellness, coping with adversity and unleashing personal potential. It organizes wellness classes, workshops, seminars and makes use of the social media to share wellness information that enhances holistic wellbeing in the Lingnan community.
- Living well Academy helps Lingnan students to identify their talent and to build on them so that these inner resources can be the assets for creating a fulfilling and meaningful life. In addition to that, Living Well Academy assists students to recognize their weakness and turn it into their strengths.
- It offers three layers of pursuits from self-understanding to knowledge and skills equipping and utilizing the learning by serving others. Students will relate their learning to a wider community by serving the others.
To inspire students on living well and realizing that wellbeing is beyond individual, every single person needs to work collaboratively in building a wholesome, nourishing, and loving world.

- Living Well Academy highlights three layers of pursuits from self-understanding to knowledge and skills equipping and utilizing the learning by serving others; we offer opportunities to students to relate what they have learn with a wider community.
- 1st layer: Individual development level
Physical and Psychological assessments help enhancing the understanding of your physical fitness, personality, mood states and cognitive functioning. There are a variety of self-assessment tools for you to choose depending on your needs. Student can work out a personalized wellness plan to enhance their wellbeing. You may also connect with our counsellors to arrange a psychological assessment session and counselling support if you consider that is appropriate.
